ROLE SUMMARY:
Support the planning and execution of customer innovation and transformation strategies for China Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) and Geographic Expansion (GE) Business Units. This role is responsible for the operation of innovation and transformation platforms and for driving business impact by influencing internal and external customers and stakeholders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Align with the company’s digital strategy to support go-to-market transformation and digitalization initiatives within the Business Units.
Support BU go-to-market model transformation through digitalization by providing necessary materials and performance measurements.
Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective cross-functional digital programs within the Business Units.
Identify synergy opportunities across business teams to maximize the value of collective digital investments across the Inflammation & Immunology and Geographic Expansion Business Units, and gain alignment and buy-in from stakeholders to execute identified synergies.
Help build digital capability platforms to enable the Field Force (F.F.) to improve effectiveness and execution efficiency.
Implement digital initiatives and transformation plans in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Partner with internal and external functions to leverage company resources and ensure that in-market digital services and programs are executed effectively, in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
Apply marketplace insights, competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to develop and enhance innovative multichannel marketing programs and strategies for the assigned portfolio across the I&I and GE business ecosystem.
Develop digital operation plans and key initiatives to support brand-level digital strategies.
Manage digital data collection, analysis, and database governance.
Drive digital internal training programs and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Diverse commercial experience preferred.
1+ years of experience in pharma or related industries, preferably in marketing management or digital marketing management.
Experience in the internet or digital business industry is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a complex organizational structure and multitask effectively.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
Experience working with agencies and external vendors.
Working knowledge of marketing and campaign management solutions.
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to convey best practices and learning.
Demonstrated business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to act decisively in a fast-moving and complex environment.
Objective-oriented and results-driven mindset.
