The Senior Staff Associate I for the Department of Surgery will work in the lab of Dr. Frank D’Ovidio to facilitate translational cardiothoracic research studies. The individual will work closely with Principal Investigators and Post-Doctoral Researchers on a variety of research projects focusing on lung physiology, pulmonary tissue pathophysiology, pulmonary cell physiology, and tissue biochemistry, clinical, basic and translational research in lung transplantation. Will also collaborate with clinical thoracic and animal research teams.
