Summary
A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Hongjie Li in the Huffington Center on Aging and Department of Molecular and Human Genetics. Dr. Hongjie Li’s group focuses on developing and applying multi-omics technologies (transcriptomics, epigenomics, and proteomics), and combine them with powerful fly genetic tools to study development, aging and age-related diseases.

Job Duties
- Develops single-cell sequencing technologies.
- Performs data analysis for transcriptomic and epigenomic data.
- Performs in vivo experiments.
- Develops research projects on brain aging or age-related cancer.
- Writes and publishes findings.
- Conducts collaborative projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
- No experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful applicants should have expertise in bioinformatics, or single-cell sequencing, or proteomics, or Drosophila genetics, or mouse cancer model.
