Job Description
Dr. Partha Roy’s Cell Migration Laboratory in the Department of Bioengineering (https://www.engineering.pitt.edu/subsites/faculty/roy/cell-migration-lab/) is seeking to recruit a post-doctoral fellow for an NCI-funded project on breast cancer with the opportunity to diversify research in other forms of solid cancer (in particular, kidney cancer). Previous research experience in cancer and/or immunology is preferable. The candidate must have good written and oral communication skills and a strong publication record. The candidate will be encouraged to apply for independent fellowship during their tenure.

Job Requirements: Ph.D. in STEM field. Educational background in biological Science field or related field with experience in mammalian cell culture, protein-related techniques (western blot, IP, protein purification), molecular techniques (cloning, PCR, plasmid purification), microscopy, and small animal (mice) handling.
