Candidates will work with bulk and single cell RNA seq, adenovirus, confocal microscopy, Cre/lox methods to generate conditional mutant mice, con-focal and other advance microscopy methods, mouse models of autoimmunity and neuroinflammation.
A Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology, neuroscience, immunology, or similar fields and a strong publication record are required. The candidate will be expected to have experience in standard methods used in cell biology, molecular genetics, biochemistry. Experience in rodent colony management and behavioral assessments is preferred. It is important that the candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, works well in a highly collaborative environment across institutions, and is scientifically rigorous.
