Positions available for translational studies in ovarian cancers in a multi-disciplinary and highly motivative research team. The projects include studying metabolic cancer drugs and their impact on DNA damage response and immune-microenvironment. The fellow(s) will have opportunity to learn and acquire skillsets in single cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, multiplex flow cytometry, ELISA, multiplex immunohistochemistry, primary (organoid) cell cultures, basic cancer genetics and cancer cell biology, and genetically engineered murine models. The fellow is expected to work with faculty collaborators at Johns Hopkins University. Individuals with a PhD degree and strong biochemistry/molecular biology background are encouraged to apply. Additional experiences in immunology and/or bioinformatics is preferred but not required.
A second position is opening to recruit Research Specialist who will perform experiments and manage daily lab routine. The position has opportunities to learn clinical trial research.
