Job DescriptionWe welcome applications for postdoctoral fellow positions at University of Colorado Boulder. The postdoctoral fellow will join a highly collaborative and supportive group to participate in one of the two cell biology projects: 1) the molecular basis of metabolism and type 2 diabetes; 2) the role of extracellular vesicles (e.g., exosomes) in neuronal signaling and Alzheimer’s disease. Our primary experimental approach will be cell culture models, complemented by CRISPR genetic screens and mouse models. The postdoctoral fellow will receive a competitive salary and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, and retirement funds. Requirements: A Ph.D. degree (or expected) in biological sciences or related disciplines is required. Experience in mammalian cell culture is required. Priority will be given to applicants with at least one first-author publication or with a first-author manuscript fully written.
