We are recruiting creative and highly motivated postdocs to study to study regulatory interactions of stress granules in stress response, inflammation, and obesity in the context of pancreatic cancer tumorigenesis. Our research ranges from fundamental molecular mechanisms and organelle biology to clinical applications utilizing high-resolution imaging, molecular and cellular biology, 3D cell culture, and mouse models. Candidates should have a recent PhD or MD/PhD degree in cancer biology, cell biology, biochemistry, or a closely related field, have proven ability to work independently as well as within a team, be able to multi-task, and communicate effectively. Prior experiences with imaging, flow cytometry, proteomics, and animal work are preferred.
