The labs of Wolchok, Merghoub, and Balachandran are seeking a highly motivated and creative scientist with a strong background in immunology. Our lab is interested in understanding how the spectrum of cancer antigens modulate T cell phenotype, function, fate, and plasticity in human cancer.
The ideal candidate should have:
• A PhD in molecular or cancer biology or related field (or scheduled for completion)
• Proficiency in in vitro and in vivo cellular immunologic techniques including flow cytometry, mouse models, animal surgical techniques, and ideally familiar with common molecular biology techniques
• Knowledge of lymphoid cell biology, including innate lymphoid cells and T lymphocytes is highly desired but not essential
