Description: Applications are invited for an NIH funded postdoctoral research appointment at Cornell University's Weill Medical College, New York, NY. We are seeking a candidate for quantitatively intensive experimental/computational investigations of electrophysiological dynamics in dynamic-clamped isolated cardiac myocytes. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong publication record and will have expertise in patch clamping, cell isolation and culturing, imaging, and/or related experimental methods. Given the quantitative nature of the research, applicants with experience in computational modeling and mathematical analyses are encouraged to apply.
