Job Description
Would you like to join an established team of academics focussed on applied research that addresses important policy issues related to sustainable growth and productivity in the UK? Have you the data management and data analytics skills that can be applied to novel and innovative data-sets? Do you have an interest in equity finance (venture capital and private equity)?
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work in a collaborative team to undertake data analysis, model development, dissemination, and publication of the ESRC project: “Understanding how constraints on access to finance and under-investment impact on productivity growth in smaller firms”. The project team have developed an aspiring, innovative, and impactful research agenda to address important policy issues that support economic recovery. The candidate will work closely with academics from 7 UK universities (Oxford Brooks, Warwick, St Andrews, Bath, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Sussex) under the supervision of Professor Nick Wilson.
