Job Summary: The main research project is to study key protein factors involved in autophagosome biogenesis. We combine in vitro protein-reconstituted systems with cellular analysis. Particular emphasis is on mechanistic studies using advanced biophysical and biochemical techniques including super-resolution microscopy, single-molecule imaging and structural approaches (x-ray crystallography & electron microscope).
Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.D. in Cell Biology, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomaterials, Bioengineering, and related fields.
Ideal Qualifications: Strong expertise in cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology techniques.
