Description of Responsibilities: The role of the instructor is to teach coursework within the Doctor of Chiropractic program. Duties include preparation and presentation of individual lectures; course syllabus management; development, administration, and grading of both formative and summative assessments. Available courses include, but are not limited to, Public Health I, Public Health II, Biochemistry, Gastrointestinal and Genitourinary Pathophysiology, Differential Diagnosis 3 – Cervical Spine, and Management and Development of a Chiropractic Practice.
Position Qualifications Required: Candidates must have a Master’s degree or PhD, or a DC with expertise in the respective area, from an institution accredited by a nationally recognized agency, or its foreign equivalent. Computer literacy with email and Microsoft Office products is required. Three years academic preparation and experience in higher education teaching, evidence of teaching excellence and familiarity with technology and LMS are preferred. Must successfully pass a background check.
