One fully funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratories of Jorge Moscat and Maria T. Diaz-Meco to study signaling and metabolic pathways in tumorigenesis and the role of the stroma and the tumor microenvironment. The project is based on our recent publications in Cell (2013, 2016), Cancer Cell (2014, 2016, 2017) and Cell Reports (2015, 2016) and will use mouse models and cell based studies and the interrogation of human cancer samples.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in this very competitive topic, and with expertise in this area and with experience in mouse models. Candidates must have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree and a publication record demonstrating significant contributions to the field.
