A postdoctoral position to develop state of the art zebrafish PDX assays and high throughput imaging for clinical diagnostics and drug screening of primary human tumors is available in the Byers/Glasgow Laboratories, Department of Oncology, Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington D.C.
Candidates should have experience with microinjections and/or cell transplantation or related techniques, along with associated imaging methods. Excellent communication skills and experience in clinical studies is a plus. Must be able to interface with clinical partners. This position in ideal for the applicant who is interested in applying zebrafish models to improve cancer diagnostics.
Highly qualified US residents or citizens may also be eligible for funding through the Georgetown University T32 Training Program in Tumor Biology
