A research scientist or senior research scientist position is available for an individual interested in translational research of human cancer using patient-derived xenograft model (PDX) and studying the various mechanisms involved in therapeutic resistance. Require a M.D., or Ph.D., experience in biology related field, preferably in cancer biology or pathology. The candidate whose native language is not English must demonstrate strong oral and particularly proven ability to write a scientific manuscript in English. The primary responsibilities include building PDX models from patient’s primary tumor and test various compounds using these models and signaling pathways. The candidate must be familiar with immunohistochemical, in situ hybridization, and has documented ability of preparing manuscript for publication and grant submission.
