The Antonia/Perez lab uses cutting edge in vivo lung cancer pre-clinical models and quantitative techniques to design novel combination therapies including radiation therapy, immune checkpoint blockade, immune costimulatory agonists and autologous dendritic cell injection. The position would be particularly focused on identifying efficacious novel combination therapies and understanding underlying mechanism of synergy with radiation and immunotherapy.

• The candidate will be involved in exciting projects using mouse models of human cancer to identify novel biomarkers and therapeutic agents.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Is willing to learn new techniques including mouse handling and necropsies.
• Has experience in molecular biology and cell culture.
• Mouse colony database maintenance
• Assisting postdoctoral fellows and Ph.D. students to analyze mouse models and perform molecular biology experiments.
Credentials and Qualifications:
• Ph.D. or M.D.
