Job Description
The candidate will perform DNA, RNA and protein based experiments using human lymphoma tissues and cell lines. Analysis of molecular data including gene expression profile and qRT-PCR, Transfection studies, interpretation of molecular data and correlation with clinical and pathologic parameters. Presentation and publication of data.
Candidate will have experience in basic molecular techniques, cell culture, and transfection methods including si/shRNA and luciferase assays. |
