Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Low-power design of RF/Analog circuits like Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), Mixer, Filter, IF amplifier
• Pin, Test and Floor planning, clock distribution and signal routing, integration with digital base band and simulation
• Layout and post layout verification of the designs using CADENCE tool
• Testing of the circuit blocks and the whole receiver
Job Requirements:
• PhD in electrical engineering with specialization in RF circuit design
• Hands-on experience on CMOS circuit design, layout and testing of at least 2 of the 4 blocks listed in the first job description above
• Knowledge of power dissipation versus performance trade off, SNR budgeting in a receiver
• Knowledge of CAD tools such as CADENCE and ADS |
