However, for hiring managers and HR departments who are responsible for advertising jobs for the entire organization, it will be a great savings to sign up for the Subscribers' Account. With annual subscription, you can post unlimited job ads for one full year that starts from the date your account is activated.

Will the job seekers' applications be sent to us directly or through your system?
Job Seekers can send their job applications to employers directly either by email or mail, or through our online application system. Make sure your contact information is complete.

What is your cross-posting service and is there a fee for that?
To maximize your candidate pool, you can advertise your job ad, where it applies, on our Postdoc Jobs network including UniversityJobs.com, PostdocJobs.com and ScienceJobs.Org. When you post a new job ad on PostdocJobs.com website, you will see an option to select a job category in the other two job sites. For example, if the position is a science related position, you can select a job category under the category "Science Jobs." We currently do not charge an additional fee for this value-added service if you post jobs through PostdocJobs.com website. However, a fee may be charged if you post it on all three job sites separately.

How do I modify or delete my job postings?
You can modify your job postings for minor editorial changes in the first 2 weeks after you post your ads. If it is a different position, you will need to advertise it separately as a new ad. Changes will take effect immediately. Login to your account and modify or deactivate your job postings through Job Manager under our Job Posting Control Panel.

How long does it take for my job posting to appear on your website?
If you sign up for the first time, your job posting will go live when your account is reviewed and approved which will be done within 24 hours. Once your account is approved, your future job postings will go live immediately after it is posted.

Can we search resume database?
Yes. With an additional fee, you can search recent resumes/CVs posted in our resume database. You can order it while you are posting the ad or order it separately.

How do I make payment?
We take payments made through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), purchase orders, or billing/invoicing. All payments must be made within 30 days. Payment / Billing information will be required when you post a job.

Do you advertise non-postdoc positions?
Our website "PostdocJobs.com" is provided for advertising postdoctoral positions. If you are advertising faculty positions, you may post the jobs on our sister job site UniversityJobs.com which is for university faculty / staff recruitment. If you are recruiting for industry positions, you may post those jobs on our sister job site ScienceJobs.Org.

Do you advertise postdoc positions outside of the US?
Yes. We advertise all postdoctoral positions in the US as well as in other countries.

I subscribed a job package. Can I carry unused balance to the next year?
Job packages offer a service with a flat fee that allows customers to post certain number of ads within a certain period of time. The job package expires when the maximum number of job ads is reached or the subscription period ends, whichever comes first. Any unused account balance can not be carried over to the next subscription period.

We are an advertising agency, do you offer any discount or commissions?
Yes. We offer a discount or commission for advertising agencies. Please sign up an account and let us know that you are an advertising agency. We will apply the discount to your account, which applies to all our services.
